What is your return policy?

How often do you restock items?

We do our best to restock items when they sell out. Unfortunately, we are not always able to restock due to manufactures availability.

 

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders placed before 12 pm CT within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as a confirmation email after your order is shipped.

 

How does sizing run?

Sizing is standard US size, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

   

Are return shipping labels free?

Free returns are offered for store credit refunds and exchanges on US Domestic orders only. Any return processed for a refund to payment will include a $8.50 processing fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Can I return my item for a refund?

Unfortunately all returns are store credit only. Make sure to read through our return policy to understand which items are returnable and which are not.
