What is your return policy?

How often do you restock items?

We do our best to restock items when they sell out. Unfortunately, we are not always able to restock due to manufactures availability.


When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders placed before 12 pm CT within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order as well as a confirmation email after your order is shipped.


When will you post new arrivals?

We post new arrivals every Monday, including our seasonal and special collections! You can follow our Instagram here to be notified when new items are available.


How does sizing run?

Sizing is standard US size, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.


Are return shipping labels free?

Free returns are offered for store credit refunds and exchanges on US Domestic orders only. Any return processed for a refund to payment will include a $7.00 processing fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Can I exchange my item for a new size?

Yes! However, due to high demand and popularity, we cannot guarantee the item you’d like to exchange will be in stock. Please revisit the item you purchased on our site to make sure your new size is available.


When will I receive my exchange?

Your new item will be processed and shipped by our team when the unwanted item has been successfully received and inspected for approval of exchange at our facility.


Can I return my item for a refund?

Yes! All refunds have an option to receive a credit back to the original form of payment. A processing fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping label.


Why is my item “not available for return?”

All marked down sale items are final sale. All orders purchased exceeding the 30 day exchange period are not eligible for return.
